A random person dialled a toll free number from my phone without my knowledge after which I received a text message with a unique code from HULHTH. Is this fraud or hack? What am I supposed to do in order to avoid this?

A random lady came and asked me to dial a number, after that she took the unique code. can someone let me know what is this all about?
