Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to report the below fraud done by Hotelsguru and their partners.

They have asked me to pay Rs.9000 for online Hotel booking through their website www.hotelsguru.co.in informing it is a promotional offer of their new Brand where they will be giving a free Sony Tablet.

Later they added a clause saying that they have additional offer where they have selected me for a Dell Laptop but condition is to take one more offer of 9000 which I had denied.

Their Channel Partner was following up with me for the dispatch of gifts and have taken 11246 Rupees as GST for both the Tablet and Laptop.

Which apparently didn't came to me, the next day they told that the lap top is out of stock and in turn they had agreed to pay me the entire gift amount adding a clause of paying 1000 as a government registration charges for transferring the gift amount money by taking two Account details from me.

The other transaction mail is as below.

Request you to please consider my complaint and kindly take necessary action.

Received call from 8860336712 claiming they are from Hotelsguru.

They were asking to withdrew this complaint and agreed to pay my money but they were asking to share my Bank Account details with Card number which I denied. Their Account team was saying payment will be done through PayPal Server.

When asked about their website and Numbers, they told it was down due to Upgrade.

Hello,

I would also like to report the same fraud done by Hotels Guru (alleged name) and their channel partners during last week of September 2017. They initially took Rs. 9000 towards a holiday deal package with an assured gift (mobile phone). But the next day I received a call from them that my package has been upgraded and I will be given another gift of higher price (laptop), for which they charged another Rs. 9000 from me. After this, I received another call which told me that I have to pay GST of 8700 for product delivery. But after some time I got a call that the product is out of stock so they will refund the amount to my bank account. After this they took Rs. 20000 again for creation of registration links for money transfer but they did not transfer any amount. Now all their numbers are switched off and website (hotelsguru.co.in) is shut down.

They are frauds. Please help us to catch them. They call from different numbers. These are the suspicious numbers - 8287468802, 8882497318,   9990642531, 7065274102, 8882051080  901568908,  8743869970, 8287045846.
