Somebody created a fake account under my name and added my pics today and chatting rubbish with people. 

Name on fake Account- Mullick Khyati

Same incident had happened last year as well, another fake account was created then as well and the person was doing rubbish chat with people under my name.

Name on fake account- Mallik Kahyati

My previous account was hacked as well.

This is causing me a lot of mental harassment and embarrassment. Please help me.

I am unable to upload the attachment with screenshots of the fake account that was created today and the one that was created on 30th June 2016.

Please help to find the culprit.
