he is doing fraud with customers. please look into this.

He is asking to make request through UPI (crimebranch@upi)
than send one UPI bar code and telling to scan and go through send and pay after all things input UPI Pin asking to done ok and click back & telling you will get Request option. i have done but not having so much amount its failed.
Also telling that according to RBI guideline 2500 has to be in account.
than i am not feel safe....
