On the 11th Jan 2018 i came across a page on Instagram named fashion_atelierr selling branded shoes, clothes and gadgets at an unbelievable low price. I was really impressed and messaged the guy on Instagram. He responded quickly and was answering all my queries. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes at 2199 Rs including shipping which i paid via Paytm (+91 99102 10599) to Paramjeet Singh Gulati. He mentioned i would get my products in 4 days. 4 days past i didn't get any update hence i tried to contact him via calls (+91 98183 63599) and messages but he never answered or replied to my texts. I understood that i have been scammed and hence i need to raise a Cyber Complaint about the same. I would request you'll to please help me recover my money as its my hard earned money and also you would catch this culprit and put him behind bars so that he can't do this to other innocent people.
