I'm Raman Rajput residing in dwarka New Delhi raising a complaint/fraud against Jukaso journeys Who sold us a fraud travel package plan of 38000 in December 2016. Membership Id is 122079 for your reference. This is how it's started when I book my 1st trip to Dharamshala naddi in April'17 at Jukaso palace. I was told that it's the best property and will be getting the extra benefits once will check in. The property was the worst nightmare for us as The infrastructure of the property was below average. We had to check out the next morning. I immediately called the guy who sold this fraud plan to me Dhananjay Mishra about the experience where he didn't do anything and even stopped answering my calls. After coming back to delhi I raised a complaint for the cancellation and refund of the entire package where they didn't agree for the refund but offered a settlement for a Goa trip. After agreeing to the offered settlement and selecting one of the properties for stay given by them we have been following for the booking confirmation for last 2weeks wherein we were given run arounds and false commitments again for the bookings and now in the end they have told us that the booking cannot be done for the given property Palm marina resort Goa due to unavailability even though it's an off season. Please find below the names of the following people with their phone numbers who are involved in this fraud travel plan scam and are giving false commitments,being unprofessional,not answering the calls and providing unnecessary harassment with their poor customer service. Consumer court team, I am waiting for your reply as I request for justice. I have raised dispute with Jukaso Journeys and there is no response I have raised dispute with HDFC bank and there is no response. Kindly respond and help me to resolve this concern.

Dhananjay Mishra has given the most awful consumer experience possible. The sad part is that there is nobody you can address your grievances to.
