On 20/04/2018 at 5:43:12 pm a fraudster steeled my money from my credit card , they called me by saying they are calling from sbi bank credit card department, said 6000 reward points will be credited to my credit card account for that she asked my credit card number and cvv No. earlier I refused but after giving her ID No. I provided my details. Immediately she asked the OTP No. I refused to tell my otp which is generated in my registered mobile. I asked her to transfer this call to her manager , then she transferred to her manager her name is Lakshmi, they are from Bengaluru, she influenced me to do this transaction for my benefit and continued to say benefits on converting to credit points into cash, she told me saying I will receive an email after my transaction and letter of conformation and hard copy of the same with a code in it to get 6000 credit to my account, in two days. However it also turned to fake which later I came to know, the saddest thing is from the same name and same mobile number she's doing frauds and now I was added to victim list . My humble request to Cyber crime department is to please catch her immediately and stop this crime before it spreads across the nation.
