I am a student and was looking for a part time job. I registerd myself on quickr website. On the morning of 5th April I got a call from a person from a company called PRELAX TECHNOLOGY saying that they offer a job of data entry and they called me because of my registration under quickr website. They offered me a job were they told me that they would provide me 800 forms and 7 days time to complete. If I could complete all those 800 forms within 7 daya they said they would pay me 20 Rupees ler form so 20×800 total amount of 16,000 Rs. But they would deduct Rs 5500 from my first payment as company charges. I was looking for a job so when they offered me this I accepted it. They provided me a contract and I have attached it below. The contract stated that if I failed to complete this task I should pay Rs 5500 as a liability charge for the company. But also stated that I can get an extension period to complete the work. After 7 days that is on 12th april I couldn't complete some of the forms so I asked them for extension period and they asked me to pay Rs 4700 as extension charges. I paid the amount of Rs 4700 on 13th april at 11.00 am. And they sent me a mail stating that my extension period was confirmed and I can continue the work and also stated that they will refund the work extension charges with the work payment.
On 15th April around 11.00 am I got a call from a person stating that he was an advocate( phone no: +917096197902) from legal department of Prelax technology and asked me to come to the court of Gujrat with 4.00 pm on that day to sign 8 papers regarding the extension of the contract. But regarding there was no clause of presenting myself in front of court for the extension period. As I live in Karnataka I said I cannot come and sign papers and told them I have photo copy of my signature. But he insisted me to come to court and also blackmailed that he would file a case in Gujarat court about contract breach. As am a student who just wanted to earn honestly through hard work and support my family I pleaded him to not to file case. But he kept on blackmailing me that he would file a case and I should pay Rs 4,00,000 as the penalty for contract breach. This condition was not mentioned in the contract which was provided by them. I even enquired with their helpline num which was mentioned in the contract 7719124523. First thet told me to mail the number to their helpline mail ID that is helpcustomer069@gmail.com and later answerd me very rudely saying that I should co-operate with the advocate team I was very panicked that situation and I never wanted this burden to held by my family I asked him what is alternated option and he mentiond digital signature can be used and told me that each signature costs Rs. 4580 so he said he needed a total of 8 signatures and asked me to pay total amount of Rs 36,640 within 1 pm on 15th April. As I am student thirty six thousand is a very huge amount and again I pleaded him to reduce it but he blackmailed me by saying that if I cannot pay he'll file a case and I should pay Rs.4,00,000 as contract breach to Gujarat court. I was very depressed from this so I had no option but to pay Rs.36,640 by lending amount from a friend of my mother. And I did an UPI transaction mentioned below.
After that he told that he would send me 8 OTP to my phone number and I should send the same OTPs so that he can start my digital signature process. I paid him by 1.20 pm on 15th April. As I was 20 mins late from the given deadline. He again blackmailed me to pay Rs.15,000 within 3.00 pm as a penalty for late payment to the court. I again pleaded him but he blackmailed me continuously by stating that he would file a case. I again did a transaction through amazon of Rs. 15,000 to the above mentions UPI ID and account and he sent me OTPs and dint send me anything just told me that I will get NOC for contract extension. I dint recieve my report correctly for my work and also the images were different from the earlier and also I didn't even get my payment for my work. On 16th April I got a call from a number +917478975053 saying that they were from the verification department of prelax technology and said that they have to confirm my payment and also they don't know anything about my payment for the work. And till today I didn't get any payment for my work. Again on 22nd april I got threatening calls stating that there is no accuracy in my work and I should pay 25,000 or other wise they would file a case on me and also I should pay penalty and all. Please kindly look into this matter and pleas get me justice and I request you.
