I just want to tell you that In our city Someone is doing vip mobile numbers fraud from long time. He hacked lot of telecom sites. He is doing regularly stole of vip numbers from telecom sites. He stole vip number from website and sale that number in huge amount in wrong way. (In 1 lack or 2 lakh). Lot of higher authority is also involve in this act.
