Hi this is regarding the usage of my credit card in big basket at 3.45 a.m on 3rd November. Before that I got a call from the no 04461607475 I did not receive the call. They shopped for Rs.86 at 3.45 a.m. Later again at 8.45 am they shopped for Rs.9070.with my card. But the CARD WAS WITH ME. And I haven't received OTP or I have not disclosed my cvv or my pin no to anyone. How is this possible. As they have purchased In big basket they might have given the delivery details also. Please lodge Complaint in this matter. When I called the no in true caller it is showing as HDFC maintenance no. Sir please help me out in this matter. I have blocked my card also. This is really unfair happening to us. Whole day we work for salary and someone misusing our card. This is really sad...
