Fraud jobs - form filling job from tops technology

Hi,

I had got a call saying that there is a part time job and said to do a form filling job. They took my aadar id and registered me to work. After that they made me to pay 8510 Rs and again asked for 10500 Rs. I denied to pay as i had already lost 8510 Rs. Then they started torturing me saying that they are going to send me a legal notice then court would be taking necessary action for not agreeing to what they asked. Then they sent a message as below,

Mr/Ms.,Court Notice of your ?Breach of Contract? case under the Section- 73&74 has been sent on your email add & on your whatsapp. Call 7359455079 for any query / assistance.

They have sent a mail also as below,

by the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your File from our Client ( TOPS TECHNOLOGY ) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the Agreement duly signed and attested by you. You are liable Under Indian Contract Act 1872 and other provisions according to law.

We are sending you the soft copy of the Legal Notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 days.

I am totally frustrated and irritated with these fellows, we need to complaint about these fake people and companies.

I forgot to mention about the fake advocate who has sent me the mail

Hii, I'm mohit. I also got call from this company "TOPS TECHNOLOGY" regarding work from home. And demanded me to send adhar card and alternate mobile no. And then give me a demo of work. They offer me to filling 1200 forms in a week and 25 Rs for each form and maximum salary would be 30,000 after deduction of 6,700 Rs as registration fee they will pay me 23,300Rs . And minimum accuracy requiredwill be 1080 form i.e 90% accurate data. After that I was unable to do work due to my health issues, very next day I mailed them for termination of my ID on their given helpline mail address. They respond me that they will call me but I haven't received any call from them. After that they just send me the legal notice in which they are saying the violation of agreement and court will take necessary action. And if you want to close your case file you have to pay 6700+ 3500 Rs in company's account. The helpline no. Which they had provided on agreement are switched off and the person who called me for the job is not picking up my fon.

Anyways, it is the same fake advocate who has sent us notice,.. We can file an online FIR against them so that anybody in future may not be cheated from these ppl... Such a fake and fraud ppl these are...

Hi I also received a call from tops technology. And he is demanding 6700 rupees, but I blocked all mobile number. And I searched all company's mobile no on true caller name showing fraud advocate And they torture me yesterday and Today with a other mobile no and send me sms that we filled a notice against you on high court. I am in stressed Please help me

They are calling again and again to pay the amount and torturing... This has to be raised to commissioner otherwise they keep fooling many others as they did to us .. these rubbish people has be punished..
