I got a message on 28th May 2021, saying DUE TO KYC ACC suspended. And update online. Then received a call asking to enter OTP... He was forcing to enter OTP, I did not entered that time... I disconnected call and called police and cyber no immediately to report. They said if fraud happens then only can register complaint. And I got message from bank saying transaction declined due to insufficient funds. So I thought, the fraud failed to transact as no OTP entered. But today, 30th May I came to know about fraud / unauthorized transactions done and account is empty. Below are the two messages attached.
Fraud happened in SBI account.
