With the above message I have signed the agreement, now they forcing me to pay the amount INR5100 as a fine which was mentioned in the agreement. The application which they provide was not working properly. So I couldn't complete the work as per their agreement and now asking for the payment. Do I have to pay the amount really or it's a fake? Kindly help me in this issue, please.
