My name is Suresh kumar iam job army .I am living in Hyderabad. My apply home loan for 18 lac rupees 4% rate of interest.so I am complite prossing fee 36000 rupees and documents fees 2000 paid .all my personal documents send for okalay office. But no loan section . call no attend .no response .My amount paid 2016 Feb. But not refund my amount or loan.plese help me
