I have received an email on November  9, 2018 stating that my email ID and mobile number is updated in my Flipkart account. below is the email.

Your Flipkart account mobile phone number was updated at 09 Nov, 2018 11:50 PM.

 

Your updated mobile number is: 7300589445

Mobile number and email address is not belongs to me and I haven't updated any thing. When I try to call on that mobile number it says switched off or not reachable.

 

Since two days I was trying to login into my account but it was showing account doesn't exists. So yesterday I called flipkart CS two times and issue was forwarded to another team and today I have received a call from Flipkart team and they have suggested me to update my personal information using linked account but I am getting that option. I request Flipkart CS to deactivate or Block my account but they said they can't.

 

Problem is I am having 1000rs in my Flipkart Pay Later and I in tension if some misuse my flipkart account.

 

cs@flipkart.com. I tried to send email on this email but it says not in use.

 

Please consider my request and complaint.
