Dear Sir,
1. I wanted to purchase a Fastag voucher for which I have browsed online. Since it was new to me, I have selected one of the service provider and made online payment of Rs 1500/- through my internet banking (SBI Net banking) on 30 Dec 2020. So far I was waiting for the voucher but not received till date. I made phone calls also, but no response. Sent mail also but bounced back. After verifying the receipt for the payment made, it seems that the service provider is a fake one.
2. I would like to take necessary action against the culprits so that it will help further such cases in future and avoid to fall in the trap of such fake companies.
