Dear sir/mam, I have a complainf against; M/s. Fam technology addressed surat, Gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).
I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my voter card copy, the time period for 10000 captcha typing was 10days, before proving the work task, they felt me that the provided task is very simple and easy (as normal as we do in our daily life), I beg them a sample copy but they denied. But when they provided the typing task, it was in very different font and some of the part of the script was unreadable and very difficult kind of operation was required. When I communicate in mail and whatsapp, within the time period of taken task, and told them about my difficulties then instead of helping me or suggesting any way,and 2 days after we sent mail as ID got locked and unable to do the work .for the same they reverted as to re install and try.But thats not happned even after 2 times re installed .later on 07 frb 2020 they awared me about penalty, because of I was unable to complete the task, and after that I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 6500 +3500 Rs. within seven days, again 1 more mail received frm Mr.Anil Gupta stated as to gey settle of conceen we need to pay 85000 rs outside the cout.and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in SURAT court (Gujrat amd mumbai ) on 10 feb 2020 @ 1.30 pm, I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next.
