I ordered for a 360x heavy duty zoom lens from dealmust.com. I received the product on 18/02/19. When I tried to open and make use of the product it is not working as mentioned in the product description. Sent mail to their sales team as well as made necessary entry for the product returns. It's almost two days still there is no response from their end. Customer care no what they provided in their website is not working. This seems to be a fake online website selling fake products . I kindly request the authorities to investigate and close down on this website to prevent further losses by unknown customers. Also kindly necessitate action again this company to get back the paid amount .Enclosed the details of order for reference .
