actually i joined this job to support my family financially. but unfortunately i couldnt work because of health issues and kind of family situations, but this company clients and the HR manager ask me to pay 5900 to cancel the project and pay 3900 and take up the next project i too paid for for past three projects i have cancelled bcoz of i havent started work and if i dont wanna continue that i should pay 4100. and due to corona period i could nt pay the huge amount on single day bcoz of hfamily situation i have asked time they said no and pay half amount now so i could talk to company and i can tell u . so paid half amount and the other one started no today mrg when ur gonna pay the balance amount . they are scaring me saying if i am not paying the amount they will file a case against me in gujarath court and u can face legally that time u will be asked to pay amount of 34000 or 40000 bcoz u have'nt started ur work .and its abt 700 pages biodata of student u havent completed so if u face it legally u should be paying this amount mam so better pay the amount and start the work.
but actually thing I have'nt money now till now i have spent more than 15000 to pay penalty for this company and now i should the balance amount again to start work now. so pls help me to come out this and i dont kmow whether they r original or fake to but scarring me by saying if ur paying or doing according to the contract u will filed case in Gujarat.
kindly help me to come out of this
