This is bullshit... I have also received same letter and the hell not finding any related information about company and others.

I have been trying to get info for the same from last 2-3 days since I have received Offer Letter.

The same FAQ letter i have received , note the 24th point....They will arrange a agency we have to pay. The agency name is OFSLEGAl....if you contact them for visa processing they will ask you money.

The company is true but scammers took over the website and modified small change in site (phone number and other things).

The scammers are really brilliant and make this like a true offer.

I have also received the phone in same number at Oct....After one month then have offered me.. i thought it is true...

I have sent a mail to John berry limited regarding payment. Waiting for then to reply. If a true job they will contact us...If not then it is full of fake

If true we all will go together . If not we will raise a complaint together too

I received LETTER OF INVITATION for Joining from - Jberry Solutions  <joining@jberrysolutions.com> on 7th November.

Then i started searching about the company and found that seems registered in UK but there is no any website for JOHN BERRY LIMITED,What i found is only jberrysolutions.com.

 

There website is designed by  http://www.salientthemes.com/product/business-eye-pro/  they have purchased this website by paying just a $44.If you check www.salientthemes.com you will get idea about the website that www.jberrysolutions.com is using right now.This theme is designed in April 18, 2017.So how come a 17 Years old company website is using theme of just 7 Month old website.

 

If you check their financial updates posted by various auditing companies in UK its always in loss,this John Berry Limited never made any profit since their inception.

 

There is no proper linkedin profile for this company.No any facebook details about their HR team like.

No news,No videos,Just found some 2 -3 employee details of JOHN BERRY LIMITED.

 

Lets connect all friends here and be informed about all activities.

This company looks suspicious to me.

Guys beware this company JOHN BERRY LIMITED IS FAKE COMPANY.

Visit their website www.jberrysolutions.com and another Fake background verification website which is already a cheater http://247verifications.com/  compare both website and you will get the answer that this both website is made by a common person and both website is FAKE and used for FAKE Job creation and FAKE background verification,so that they can take our hard earned money.

A similar free website is http://ofslegal.com/ which is freely taken from https://wordpress.org/ just to make it more realistic.

I tried to call them but no body answered although it was ringing. some time it was picked up but there was no one on the other end. JOHN BERRY LIMITED is very small company registered in UK.But in their name someone else is crating fake job just by using fake website www.jberrysolutions.com .Have you ever heard John Berry Limited transformed into jberrysolutions when it came to website.

Since john berry limited is registered company in UK these guys dont have access to their actual name so they are using jberrysolutions name.

Gyus after reading many complaints regarding JOHN BERRY LIMITED fake OFFER LETTER by jberrysolutions and OFSLEGAL Company appointed for background verification I did some research and found out that OFSLEGAL i.e http://ofslegal.com/dispute-resolution/ is also a FAKE WEBSITE.Its contents are copied and pasted from original website named http://www.lawsenate.com/international-arbitration.

Check the contents of both website you will come to know that everything is copied from the original real company LAWSENATE.

OFSLEGAL is FAKE,It is made to cheat candidate in the name of background verification fees and charging 10500/- for FAKE Background processing.There is no such company exists.Please stay away from this company and don't give them a single rupees.

Hello Guys, 

I also received same job offer from Jberry with similar opportunity and offer letter for UAE client. I asked several queries on mail and received FAQ PDF (as stated in one reply above) with different joining date and salary. Today noon I received another email for visa processing and legal processing (OFS Legal, Japipur, Rajasthan) and seeking Rs. 10,500/- for Background Screening Report & No Objection Certificate from MEA.

Wondering now if the offer is real or fake. When a company can afford you to pay such a salary (as per their email & offer letter) why can't they bear the such minor Visa processing expense. I am not going to pay even a single penny to them.

I first received "Letter of Invitation" from "joining@jberrysolutions.com" id and their HR Head "alden@jberrysolutions.com"
then I received "Offer Letter" from same id
then one more email id "freya@jberrysolutions.com" when I mailed them with some queries on my appointment
then I received mail from OFS Legal for additional documents and Visa processing.

In all these one thing I found strange were the calls that I received from this number (+44 124920 0810). I received two calls from this number for telephonic interview by both different females and their accent were quite british.

We need to report such fake companies to block fooling people around.

John Berry company is the biggest fake and new fraud company in market. They will pretend you like you have been choose from many candidates and send you back to back email, which will resolve your all query which you have in your mind but this is there starting for asking money from you. No company is present in London on this address and fake contact no. Don’t trust on such mails and phone calls they will play with your feelings. M/s John Berry is fraud and fake company..please ignore their mail and even their Jaipur address for visa processing is also fake.

For anyone who is still naive enough to believe this job offer is not just a fake, job scam, note that the scam background checker visa processing website www.ofslegal.com has been suspended for scamming.  No real employer ever asks an applicant to pay a fee for any reason.  Once you are asked to pay a fee that tells you the job offer is a scam.  No real employer offers an applicant a job without a face to face, in person interview.  A telephone, email, written or online interview always tells you the job offer is a scam.  Read http://www.scam-job-emails.tk

You can see that the OFS Legal website http://www.ofslegal.com was suspended before.  However, they have moved to a different hosting provider and managed to get their website up again.  Of course, they are still scammers and their website is now copied from http://www.dakshinda.com

Dear Brothers, I also received same mail, I tried to search on internet for the reality , I have checked website on www.scamadvisor.com for the website www.ofslegel.com. scam advisor showing that website looks 100% safe and jberry website is 75% safe. And it's registered also. I don't know I called those person which is mentioned on e-mail , they said that you don't need to pay us if you are able to provide all the documents that we need. I am totally confused ,what to do? I emailed to company that I have hired my own legel adviser and it can take lil bit more time.

So you want to send your money to a scammer and end up with less money and no job?  No real employer ever requires you to pay any money to get a job.  As soon as you are asked to pay money that tells you its a scam.  No real employer ever offers you a job without a face to face, in person interview.  You pay this fee, you will have gotten scammed.

Dear All, I have gone through the above comments and found that it is the same scammer has cheated us with a different name as many of you have reported the issue. Now they are operating with the name DKM FIRM,and use dkmstaffing solutions for communication. We have lost 50k to these frauds.. Has any of you been monetarily cheated and nabbed these criminals and got refund.. if yes, please share your opinions .

I have got a very similar offer letter for a firm called DKM like yours except for the edit on position n salary .. Did you get a hold on these criminals.. I want to stop these fraudulent s from looting others.

I am from Chennai and I have got the same details in the mail as yours, now they are using joining@dkmstaffingsolutions and continuing the fraud.Did you get these frauds.. did you lose any money??
