I got a call all of sudden and an email that I have to pay 20000, coz I did not complete the work of the company. I did not apply for any job, neither I know the company name. they keep calling me and my family called them they disconnected the call and asking for out of court settlement. otherwise, I have to go to jail. or they are torturing me. In the mail, it is mentioned 6500 and they called me and asking 20k. Please help me with the further process. They are telling will file the complaint. And I have to come to surat session court

Ma'am they sent u any agreement letter? if not ten dont worry, they just want to usurp your money. and I suggest u change or delete your email accunt.and if they send agrrement letter then u send me the file on my email. bcz right now i got work for this fake company. email - 007hrvr@gmail.com. if u want help then rply.

maine apka attached email pda he .there is some point to be noted-
1) usme apka naam nhi he (as i know freelance to hi nhi skta)
2) If they have your aadhar card then why dont they dont mention u'r name?
3) apne kyun nhi mangi unse aapke aadhar card ki detail / photo(agar unke pass hoti to dete)
suggestion - ese calls ko block marte jao just block ,block , block ,...............(chahe kitne hi no se call kyu nhi aaye block all no.)
and remember sirf unhi ka rply do jin ke pass ya jin email me apki detail ho mention ho.
