I took up freelancing typing work under crosoft technology. My work was not considered accurate and now they are messaging and emailing me to pay 7500 or will process a legal case against me under civil contracts act. I read earlier complaints of similar fraud cases. They are saying if I don't pay then will send a notice at my address and summon me to Surat court and more. Please suggest what to do.

It's just a fake company don't worry guys mujhe bhi notice aaya h . If they call you abuse them as much as you can they will not call you back again.i have done the same .

I also got a mail by M.Patel and they are sending legal notice ,calling me and harressing,whatsapp messages and asking me to pay 50000 rs or they will file case on me. What should i do shall i complain?

mere sath bhi yahi kiya h or daily phone call or mail kr rahe h.pahli baat ap sbhi s main kahungi daro nahi lado ye fake company h itna to hum sabhi samjh gaye hain kyunki agar jisy kam kerana hota wo rechecking ko bhi de sakta tha.or rhi legal agreement kabhi one party ki tarf s nahi hota humare kisi k sighnature nhi h esliy ye agreement ki koi value nahi h
