Dear Sir, I have booked a ticket from Delhi to Varanasi on 07th April 2018 and made payment of Rs. 3,114 by my SBI bank account number 30371396461 through online banking. However this ticket was wrongly booked and i called at customer care number given at the web (screenshot of web is attached for reference). This person named Rahul Kumar Tripathi has taken my card details and made payment for rescheduling of flight timings for Rs. 125 and Rs. 3,214. When i called Goibibo again, this person was found fraud. His contact number is 08910625782 and name (as he told) is Rahul Kumar Tripathi. I already made a complaint at GOIBIBO and at SBI. This person mobile number is active since long (as per his post in Blogspot) and payment was credited in YES Bank Guragon POS YESBANK1237054 (This much information i have) Please let me know what else i can do for this fraud.
