Complaint against Flipkart for not giving refund and replacing the refund to replace.

I ordered LenovoK6 power on 13-07-2017 which was some hanging issues and I returned the product on the same day and clicked on refund option. And ordered other phone Moto e4 plus from flipkart and found some issues with its mic as I was unable to hear my call recordings yet I haven't placed return firthis phone. Even after 10 days flipkart didn't intiate my refund for Lenovo K6 power as per their policy and even their Executives declined my return order telling me that refund is impossible for this case though there was an option in return menus. And forcing me to keep both of those phones for some troubleshoots formalities which was mentioned nowhere. Should I take this issue legally Or is there any other better option? I still dont want Flipkart to be vilified for jus 10,000 rs.

I ordered a fidget toy from flipkart and they came for returning and they make exuse and said that it is of different colour I can't take it and then I face very problem talking to them then they again say is this ur order loafer shoes I said no and again again they say we are getting complain against it they again say we r busy with work till and not reply plz say to them to refund my money
