Complaint against a fake company(Grifeo technology)

This company give me a job letter from email to work in that company. After that company said that you paid some money for documents verification. After that when paid the amount then told that some money for another verification/agreement. This is a fake company and I want back my money and my all documents. Please help me for a justice.I have attached some documents so that everyone can see how they are fraudulent
you can share this msg as much as you do,So that no one can got in their trap

My brother who is studying in Mangalore has also received an offer letter after a telephonic interview. Please respond..is this a fake/scam...

SurajKumar,Now a days every company makes verification , in case of fresher , it would done on their own cost.If you spent than definetely to knowing all , you spent.I must say , you did not pay amount (IF at all paid truely ) without any physical verification of the company.I thnink your verification must negative thus organization rejected you , now you are making fake comment.If really it has more strong claim , than you must complain.You do not do , menas , you are false .Do not have any evidence.Do put falls comment because for your fault many people will be misguided

Suraj Kumar , I donot Know what you did , but i have been working 8 months and i do not find any cause where Grifeo ask any money from our group . Even anything i spent on verification all are reimburse . It seems you are posting false complain , reason could be anything like non performance or not being worked . I request you do not post any false complain otherwise it will effect you. .

What i know the process , GRIFEO never asks about money ...Rather it generally has made the payment of your expenditure...Best option , ask GRIFEO directly or clarify from them only , otherwise , outsider in the name of help...may fall u in trap... Suraj Kumar , Why making false comments , i come to know you are on run due to court case by GRIFEO TECHNOLOGY.If you spent the amount than there are criminal case against you than which company will take you.You also threat company people to kill ..If you are a genuine person than why did not make court case & wrtiing unnecessary comments here & there , Confess that you r farud

The grifeo technology is not a company it is a high profile consultancy.... Who give the job letter first starting of interview and then invite to come his co-oparate office which is in bhubaneshwar , his office is just like a saloon ... and then it demand a money for portfolio management video (digital resume) .... And after the pay of this amount then sometime it also demand some money for documentation....And the interested thing is the digital resume made in whose company which is 15 year old ,,, nd grifeo is establish in 2015 ....

These people (grifeo technolog) Invented new way of cheating the students. They conduct the interview in various colleges like as genuine After that they told the students to come their office which is in Bhubaneswar. Then they demand the money.

I visited & employed in GRIFEO TECH,My observation is company never demands any money rather it is saying to make documents & if we make they will pay upto 75% & rest they will reimburse & i find no problem on that.GRIFEO is working since 2010 thus do not spread wrong information.Moreover , they are asking expert review report to make our journey with GRIFEO perfect.I think Narendra Kumar or Amar KUmar more education before making some unnecessary comment.Every company makes documentation here at least we are being refunded.

GRIFEO never says to pay octave rather you could choose any agency to make your documents..thus , find any agency ,why OCTAVE ?

Here people like Narendra Kumar or Amar Kumar gave foolish feedback.Making documents if shows fake then i m sure Narendra or Amar are fake like Suraj.

It seems both are directors of the GRIFEO & know about the company ,perhaps , true is both either rejected by GRIFEO or unnecessary make false innuendo only becoz something not fulfil by them.Go & take education

I do not know ehat people want , placement or criticism..If GRIFEO is high profile placement agency than it is okay , at least we will invest in secure way , today money security is the major part.Moreover , i know GRIFEO is 10 years old company , runs definitely not only 100% fake propaganda.I joined GRIFEO & feel the process is really good for my future at least , do not make comment like insane

Why not deduct the amount for verification from 1st Salary?I agree every company does verfication.No company ever asks for money for verification. Fine they will reimburse it on later so why not deduct from salary itself.

What i consider , visiting office means proves the veracity of GRIFEO & no one can grab money until you would not pay.Every organization gives its service & takes money in return, where is the problem.As fresh you must go somewhere .I found that is their genuiness by calling their office...If they demand money & if anyone pays is between two parties , if we do not trust GRIFEO than shall we run before you..Funny person

You all seem to be working under Grifeo.

Please clear the doubts:

1. Why does the company being 10 year old, does not have a proper site with detailed information about projects And you say you are IT Company?

2.Who are in the board of directors?

3. Why not deduct document verification charge from 1st salary?

4. Why is the domain of OCTAVE and GRIFEO same?

5. You say documentation must be done only from Odisha based company.Why so?

and that the company should have 15 years of experience whereas Octave consultancy was estd. in 2012 only so only 5.5 years of experience.

6. Guess what,the recruitment process-The students who are weak in studies,bad communication skills are placed,one friend he said I didn't even answer the question yet got the placement.Bingo!!!

Bikram Rai,I don't know about others but I have been working at GRIFEO project in ODISHA, posted at sea port, under construction project.Grifeo doesn't have any branch except site offices at project location like other third party censoring system.As per agreed job terms neither anyone does reveal any internal information like client name, work details or any internal executive information.Even, perhaps no one gives without permission of grifeo.Best option ask directly Grifeo people rather running behind piller to post..Hope this much information help you

I hv been working here in a odisha port on a construction project where grifeo works as third party vendor under a big brand.No one can disclose you the name as we hv agreement with non-discloser GRIFEO, as far as i know it does not have branches except bhubaneswar but it has project offices at site location like others.I do not have any issue with CEO so i m not bother about , my concern to work & my payment , thats all..Anyway, here no one gives u right reply , ask GRIFEO people directly or visit ofc to discuss..do not run piller to post

As a fresher can I join the organization.Actually the money that is asked for verification,somewhere created a doubt.Is it worth it can we go ahead with the process.We need your help,since We dont know anyone from the company.

I don't know what should I tell to those people who commented here "working with grifeo". I can't stop laughing after seeing those comments. Grifeo is absolutely fake company. They booked a small room (for froud office) and started cheating with fresher  students. Because now a days there are a lot of problems regarding job. This fake company (grifeo) get advantage of this thing ask rupees form students

I have got the mail from Grifeo Technology by having telephone connversation, I paid nearly 15000 rupees charges for verification, through Octave consultancy, which is in baripada, bhubaneshwar.l lost money and not refunded. This is fake company not having proper web sites and CEO members and even the photoes of office building.

If it is genuine it should come to college by company representatives and HR, and should interview the students. The telephone conversation and all other process is fraud.

Hello Guys , I have seen Company from insider and I am working with GRIFEO.This is not fake company ,you can feel some headache of there joining formality but it’s manageable . Guys do not spread wrong information , Anyway hope for the best

Recently my brother got an mail from Griefo - "that your are shortlisted" and received a call from same company that all freshers should pay a amount of 9900/- per person.

Is that true? Or Any people doing fake about it?

Hallo, my name is Sourav Bose. I got placed in grifeo through my collage and for further procedures they called us to the barjora branch where they told us that to get the court declaration we can either do the process ourselves or pay them 700 rupees and let them do it for us. I paid them the money and they made sure that it's done and I got approach letter from them few days after the document verification. Then the process of grooming sessions started and had been great since then. But due to our exams it has been postponed . So, according to what I felt till now is that they may be contractual company who needs capital to stay in business and so they charge the money. Hope it's good. I will update a new comment when I will start my working days there.thank you
