I ordered an Iphone 8 (64gb, gold) on 23rd September under offer of 10,000/-rps cashback with citibank credit card and 7000/-rps on exchange of my very old iphone 5s along with some other discount of 1500/-rps with order id OD110304450125032000. On 30th September due to flipkart executive mistake they cancelled my order without my permission in which calling Team flipkart over 100 times and talking to around 20 executives. Customer support executive Mr Sirajjudin Sayed from Team flipkart agreed to provide same offers and discounts and asked me to place a new order again, in which i asked him to mail me the details so i can have a proof in written, in which he mailed me that out of 17000/- rps, 4000/- rps will be discounted on the spot by giving my old iphone 5s and 13000/- rps will be credted in my flipkart wallet once order get delivered . I placed a new order with order id OD110432612888128000. Once my phone got delivered i called Team flipkart after 6days as been advised for bed rest I wasn’t able to call, one of the executive from Team flipkart told me that I do not have any offer of 17000/- rps and only one offer was applied that was for 4000/- rps. Again calling Team flipkart and mailing them end number of times I received a call from Ms Sunita Bia saying that it was a human error and Team flipkart is not ready to pay any amount of 13000/- rps. So i would like to request to please to look into this matter and help me with refund. Thanks
