company is blackmailing to pay money

I contact through mail. they say it is free from any investment home based data entry form filling work which is 2000 forms of RS 20 each have to fill in 20 days only pan card or aadhar card pic req. on whatsapp I confirm it again. I send my doc on whatsapp and he say to send my sign pic throu an app. I have done my sign throu touch screen. then 30 min he call me and say he has submitted my doc for reign and if I don't complete my assignment on time I have to pay penalty. when I listen penalty I say why u don't tell it before. pls stop my regn. I will do it next month Becks of health reason I cannot do know. pls stop it and inform me. next day on 19 April I got mail and msg about login I'd and password. I call him how I got it. he say he will stop it and inform me. after that neither I call him and nor he inform me. on 8 may I got a mail. from Arush Shukla informing that this is my last chance to pay penalty till 3:30 pm same day otherwise legal action will be taken.. and bank details are given. I called him. he say if I cannot pay amount next pay notice will issue. I say I don't have any mistake so I cannot pay. till then many time they are massaging me about notice issued, legal action taken and lookout notice. I am a housewife and I am in big tension..pls help.
