I got a call from someone called Abhishek from Citibank. He read out the first 12 digits of my credit card number. He new how many reward points I had in my card. He said it is expiring and I can exchange it for cash. He told me to verify my last 4 number on the card and expiry date. I told him that I will not provide that information as it is personal. He said it is for verification. I asked to speak to his manager. He disconnected the call. I called the number again. It showed busy. After sometime I called again. He answered the call. I told him that he disconnected the call and I want to speak to his manager. He said he will call back and disconnected once again. I called Citibank a d they confirmed that reward points cannot be converted and it was a fraud call. The number I got the call from is 9717207294. Please register my complaint.
