I had paid 646 for 10kg alphanso mangoes, which included 100 rupees delivery charge for 24 hr delivery. The payment was done, but there is no phone number given to call back and confirm the order or it's status. I have also written a mail to check the status of my order, but there is no reply. I tried ordering the order to check if they have cash on delivery option. But it isn't there on the site. When I tried to cancel the order the page redirected me to the homepage of www.prachiworld.in, But just before that it shows the name of the person, whom the payment gateway is registered and the name is Gaurang Mohanbhai Chaudhari. I would want this guy to brought to justice, as people would stop doing online transactions because of fraud people like him and this isn't helping our nation and it's economy.
