With above message I have signed the agreement, now they forcing me to pay the amount INR5100 as a fine which was mentioned in the agreement. The application which they provide was not working properly. So I couldn't complete the work as per their agreement and now asking for the payment. Do I have to pay the amount really or it's a fake ? Kindly help me in this issue please.

Dear Friend

You don't worry, they can't complaint against you because they are big fraud, and for future don't give your id and residence details to any stranger. 1st you can check everything on google OR youtube then take a action.

I am also facing same problem please let me know if they can do any legal action against me?? Cause they also threatening people with the help of some fake advocates of Maharashtra ..100 of people or more are facing and threatened by same company Nexon enterpriseNEXON ENTERPRISES Raiker Chamber, Shop No. 5, Opposite Neelkanth Tower, Govandi East, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Govandi East, lathur, Maharashtra 400088 address +91 72290 38019 number he first contact me and he convinced me with false advertising and fake agreement that they signed me and never send the copy and they tomorrow called me and demanding money for not completing my work 9500 and if I not pay they will take legal action through the contract and they threatening me also and if I cancel the contract I have to pay 19500 which is huge amount of money for me(a student from poor family) they are fraud please take a legal action against them and please someone from Maharashtra Government help me and file a case against this fraud company and take legal action of fraud and fake agreement that neglected our Indian constitution and law .they are fooling people and threatening them by sue them and they send some fake emails from fke advocates
