Hello,

I have invested 1.7 lakhs in bitcoin wallet managed by flitpay. On 8th August 2017, I checked my wallet and all my bitcoins were sent to another bitcoin address, I immediately contacted flitpay and they told that transaction was done by me as it can be done using mobile only. I requested them to stop that transaction but they refused to do so. They were not supportive with my concerns and queries. On the same day, their application was down for 2-3 hours. I suspect it was a kind of cyber attack. please look into this issue as i do not know whom to contact and complaint as flitpay is not listening to me.

Regards

Naveen

Hello Talib,

That address is different from yours. But I think there was some issue with flitpay server. I Contacted them and they told me that I was the only one complaining. Now it seems you are also a victim. Have you contacted flitpay and what was their response.

Hello Naveen,

I contacted to Flitpay on same day but they are completely denying and not accepting that there is some serious issue with Flitpay system. After all yesterday Flitpay Owner Akash Bansal called me and told i have done some thing wrong with Flitpay and i am culprit so they are going to launch FIR against me and they hold my on going withdraw amount  Its  height of annoyingness. I will wait some more days if issue will not be resolved then i will contact to Thane Cyber Crime Branch for further investigation.

What step you are going to do ?

Regards,

Talib Ansari

I have already filed a complaint into cyber crime cell. On 8th August they told me that I am the only one who is complaining. Now it seems there is something serious in flitpay server and they are just running away from their fault.

Why are you waiting for some days. I suggest you to make fir today itself. Let them do their part as well and if you are not on wrong side them proceed with legal way to get your money back.

Thanks for your suggestion Naveen. Kindly guide me where i have to file FIR? At my near by police station or in cyber crime cell?

Hello Talib

I went to cyber crime cell first. But they told that in every police station there is a cyber cell now. So you need to file the complaint at local police station. In case you face any difficulty then contact the sho of that station.
