I have been cheated by army person randip singh s/o bansi lal adhar no 637031995565, Pan no EGBPS5450K AND ARMY CARD LA0303073702700B01 AND 2497324M. He approached my mother for our rental house. He asked for Google pay I'd and tried to fraud 19999 by registering in army merchant banking card. He claimed that he is posted in ahemdabad and getting transfer to Patiala. This man, Randip Singh, approached us to get our house on rent thru an online property site. He called us up and was asking for possession within a week and told he has been posted in our city. He sent us his Aadhar and PAN cards and asked us for our account number. On googling his Aadhar number, we found out about him being such a fraud. This time the phone number he used was 9394680643. So plz beware of such fraudsters who are trying to defame army men.

Hi, I was approached by a person calling himself Randip Singh (+91-7855947637 ) today seeking for a rental house after checking my ad in 99Acres (his mobile number in portal was 6307322485). He gave same documents of Pan card and Aadhar "Aadhar no 637031995565, PAN no EGBPS5450K AND ARMY CARD LA0303073702700B01 and 2497324M. ". He informed us that he is working with Army posted in Hyderabad and getting transferred to Chennai immediately. Asked for home pictures mentioning his family will check, After me sending the pics, he called back immediately and mentioned family liked the house based on the pics itself and will pay the advance and rent immediately! When I asked about his personal visit for formalities and family members there was no direct answer. He mentioned his accountant JaiKishan will call and pay the advance and 1 month rent for the first month and next month onwards he would pay directly. A person Jaikishan (+91-926233662) called immediately after and conveyed the same details shared earlier by the so-called Randip and asked for my G-pay number to send Rs.1 and on confirmation from my end on the Rs.1, he would transfer the balance amount. I had asked him to do an account transfer, but he kept insisting me to open my G-pay or i-Mobile application on my mobile mentioning he can only do payment through his army credit card to G-pay or PayTm I refused to open any app and wanted the transfer to be done only thru net banking. He dropped the call and Randip calls back again trying to make me accept the token payment on G-pay by opening G-pay which I refused outright. The scam I guess will be to syphon off money from our account. Contradictory statements between the two persons on the same subject and being insisted to open an application when a government organization is involved triggered my suspicion and is confirmed now after seeing other comments here. Do watch out!!

Randip Singh, son of Bansi lal PAN No.EGBPS5450K, dob 01/11/1982. , Naik, Indian Army now transferred from Hyderabad to Trivandrum and contacted me today to take my house on rent which I advertised some time back in magicbric. He badly needed my paytm/gp details to send money. He is ok whatever be the amount of deposit or rent. When asked about a copy of his transfer order, he informed only after making payment, the transfer order will be issued !
It is surprising despite so many incidents of fraud, how this fraudster is continuing to do the crime without any fear. How any law enforcing agency has not yet acted!

Same happened with me today, Randeep Singh with number 8144286197 called for rent for my and sent his aadhar card, Army ID which says "Liquor Card" and PAN card. It is good that i came across this post. Please take some action against him.

The same guy contacted me from 6370939429. I put a property on majicbricks for rent, magisbrick doesn’t take any responsibility for checking references etc and being used as a site by several fraudster.
this guy willing to pay rent amit desired by without negotiating, asking for our bank account etc. I smelt a fraud and did some quick research on him which confirms he is a fraud,

These people're next-level scammers, using fake data, frauding people owners who've listed their property for rent & job seekers, etc.
This Scammer targeting to a different types of people. As a more Owner, I've listed my property in No Broker. They have contacted with a request like, He is interested in your property and wants to shift in a few days. Can I pay a deposit for confirming that I can move? i mentioned first visiting the location, seeing the property, and then decide, but he mention he and his family fine we're fine with properly we can meet on Sunday, we're paying the deposit. I said okay to go ahead and send by QR code. He mentioned that his Accountant will pay for that, then i had doubt. and get calls from other people who mention they do not pay by QR Code. Only cards allow in Army Camp.. Then I had doubts and stop them. They are doing this with another person well. Be aware of it and block such people

Hi, I was approached by the same man today seeking for rental house. He gave the same details of Pan card and Aadhar with the below mobile number. He informed us that he is working with Army and getting transferred from Kanpur to Pune. Phone no used 7978402919. Aadhar Card no 6370 3199 5565. PAN no EGBPS5450K and ARMY CARD LA0303073702700B01 and 2497324M. Please don't believe him and beware of this fraud. I searched him over google and landed here on this page with multiple complaints against this fraudster.

same story, never enter OTP while receiving money, do not open third party applications, only check balance through your own gpay or UPI account. Tell your elders to do the same.

Hi, My grandmother is 76 years old, she recently moved out of her home, with my family as she needs constant care. we put out the advertisement on 99 acres, Randip Singh with phone number 00918988234934, reached out to us , and said that he is in Uttar Pradesh and is getting posted in Chennai Tamil Nadu as an NCC head. he additionally stated that his wife is pregnant and has a child, of 3 years. My grandmother was excited, as my grandfather was in the government sector job as well. We set up a video call asking him to show his family, but instead, he was talking to us in the Indian army uniform and said he was on duty on Saturday night. when he sent us his adhar card number 637031995565, Pan no EGBPS5450K AND ARMY CARD LA0303073702700B01, . i noticed his signature dint match and the pictures looked very different , so I sent it to an uncle who works in the banks , he said it is something suspicious as most Inian army men get the cantonement housing . So I used a background verification service and the details are shocking . thank god we found this , because we almost made a draft contract also and were on the verge of sending my grandmothers pension bank account .

I had posted an advertisement on 99 acres to rent out my flat. A person named Randip Singh contacted me claiming to be from the army and interested in renting the flat. His mobile numbers are - 9814108102 and 8434442590. He sent me his Aadhar card and PAN card on WhatsApp with the following details:
Aadhar card - 6370 3199 5565 PAN card - EGBPS5450k
He called me and said that the rent and deposit would be transferred from an army account, and asked me to transfer 5 INR to him through my Google Pay for account verification. I resisted, but he insisted that all processing was complete and I needed to transfer 5 INR for account verification. I transferred 5 INR to the account he provided. Later, I received a credit of 10 INR in my account. He then asked me to transfer 50,000 INR through Google Pay, promising that 1 lakh would be credited to my account. I grew suspicious and refused, telling him I no longer wanted to rent out my flat to him.
This person is a complete fraud who claims that by transferring money to an army account first, the same amount will be credited to your account. I will request the police to take action against such individuals and also advise others to be cautious of such scams.

Same person callled me from 74891 81638. I already knew he was fraud. He asked me to share my google number. Once he reliased that I have shifted to zero balance account(Jio Payment bank) from my primary account he stopped conversassion.
