Unidentified EARCPL card showing up in CIBIL Score

Upon checking my CIBIL score, I see an EARCPL credit card which I've never used or even applied. Can you please check and help me with this. I will be glad to share additional details as required.

Any luck for you? How did you come out of this issue? I am facing same issue with the Encorearc Credit Card now, which I never got any such credit card. Kindly let me know if you sorted out and how did you sorted out those information would really help me to come out of this problem.
