There are so many compaints regarding this pancard.com but why is this the first site coming when searched in Google for making pan card online?.I being a first timer to make pancard applied for my pan card on this site and the payment without checking about it...I thought this is the trusted site that's why its coming in first column after a Google search...this site does not provide any refund Service..I want my refund and Remove this site from the internet so that people may be saved from being scammed
